Tech stocks saw a market boom on July 20, adding <a href=\"javascript:void(0)\">$291 billion<\/a> in market value in one day.<\/p>\n<p>While the filing shows activity conducted on Trump&#8217;s behalf, broad value ranges obscure his exact holdings. Still, heavy trading has been a feature of his second term. In June, Trump disclosed <a href=\"javascript:void(0)\">1,051 transactions<\/a> totaling between $78.1 million and $263.1 million, including purchases and sales of stocks, bonds and ETFs.<\/p>\n<p>The president&#8217;s <a href=\"javascript:void(0)\">2025 annual financial disclosure<\/a> showed more than 21,000 securities trades across eight accounts holding at least $858 million, compared with 86 stock transactions disclosed during his first year in office in 2017.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The White House and Trump Organization did not immediately respond to requests for comment on the latest disclosure.<\/p>\n<p>The White House has repeatedly <a href=\"javascript:void(0)\">defended the trades<\/a> and said <a href=\"javascript:void(0)\">independent advisors<\/a> manage the accounts without Trump&#8217;s input. Recent presidents, however, have generally divested individual stocks or relied on blind trusts or diversified funds to avoid even the appearance of conflicts of interest.\u00a0 <\/p>\n<p><em><strong>This is breaking news.
