The ads from A-1 A-Lectrician, Inc. were vicious of Blake Oshiro, a Democratic obligatory claimant for Hawaii&#8217;s state legislature.<\/p>\n<p>Hawaii law requires any entity that spends some-more than $1,000 to change elections to register as a PAC, triggering stating and avowal requirements.
