    Stevens\u00a0is a Detroit local who initial tossed a bones as a Las Vegas financier in 2006, when he bought a interest with his hermit in a Golden Gate on Fremont Street.<\/p>\n

    Today, after several years of purchases, Stevens now owns a D Las Vegas, a Downtown Las Vegas Events Center and a Circa Sportsbook.<\/p>\n

    Circa Resort Casino is a small different, he said.\u00a0<\/p>\n
