TD says e-transfer problem is fixed, though patron still watchful for money disagrees

After confronting days of patron complaints, TD Canada Trust says a e-transfer remuneration complement is behind in service.

The problem stemmed from a new height ascent which has now been resolved, pronounced a bank. 

However, a TD customer told CBC News he’s still carrying problems depositing electronic payments into his account.

“It’s unequivocally unacceptable,” said Ted Baxby who lives in Kingston, Ont., and recalls initial seeing the problem on Sunday.

“It wasn’t worrisome when it initial happened,” he says. “Now that it’s been boring on for five days, I’m definitely a lot some-more concerned.”

Shaun Rickard, a Toronto home siding contractor, formerly told CBC News he couldn’t deposition a $1,700 patron e-transfer payment he perceived Monday morning.
