Israel call time on Elisha Levy’s reign

Elisha Levy has been discharged as manager of Israel’s inhabitant organisation after heading his side to fourth place in their subordinate organisation for a 2018 FIFA World Cup.

Appointed on a two-year agreement in Apr 2016, Levy eventually paid a cost for home waste to Albania and FYR Macedonia in Group G, where Spain finished territory winners and Italy runners-up.

“I would like to appreciate Levy for his work,” pronounced Israel Football Association (IFA) boss Ofer Eini. “We had good moments though also bad moments. We will give a subsequent manager all a conditions compulsory for success.”

Levy commented: “I had a payoff of coaching a Israeli inhabitant team. we have no distress that we took this fair and prestigious job. we consider it was tough to get improved formula in this tough group, though we was judged on that.”
