The UEFA Regions’ Cup, Europe’s tip foe for pledge deputy teams, earnings for 2018/19 with 39 associations in a 2018/19 rough and middle turn draws during 13:30CET on Wednesday 6 December.
Entries
• In all cases a pull is done according to nations, who will eventually be represented by informal pledge teams following subordinate competitions organized by particular associations (Malta and San Marino enter their pledge inhabitant teams).
Preliminary round
• The 12 lowest-ranked nations accoring to a UEFA Regions’ Cup coefficients (FYR Macedonia, Romania, Israel, Scotland, Lithuania, Sweden, Slovenia, Wales, Greece, Estonia, Kazakhstan and Georgia) will be separate into 3 groups of 4 teams with hosts for any comparison after a draw.
• The groups will be contested before 31 Jul 2018, with a first-placed teams and dual best runners-up surpassing to a middle round.
Intermediate round
• The 5 rough turn qualifiers join a remaining 27 contenders in a middle round.
• The 8 highest-ranked associations, led by holders Croatia, are placed in Pot A. The subsequent 8 are in Pot B, a nations ranked 17th to 24th in Pot C and a other 3 associations with byes to this turn (San Marino, Moldova and Finland) in Pot D.

• The remaining teams will be drawn into 8 groups any containing an organisation from any pot (San Marino, Moldova and Finland will be drawn to fill position 4 in Groups 6 to 8).
• On a basement of prior decisions by a UEFA Executive Committee and UEFA Emergency Panel, a member of Russia and Ukraine can't meet.
• Hosts will afterwards be allocated for any of a 8 mini-tournaments, to be played by 16 Dec 2018.
Final tournament
The 8 organisation winners of a middle turn will validate for a final tournament. In principle, a finals will take place in a final dual weeks of Jun 2019, hosted by one of a countries that qualifies.
