Punisher Netflix series finally has a premiere date

After months of teases, Netflix has set a premiere date for its Punisher series.

The Punisher will premiere on Netflix on Friday, November 17.

Introduced into Netflix’s corner of the Marvel Cinematic Universe in season 2 of Daredevil, The Punisher will follow the further adventures of Frank Castle (Jon Bernthal) as he wages war on the crime world of New York City. Although, it looks like a government conspiracy will also play into this storyline, so expect a lot of firefights.

To celebrate the news, Netflix also released another trailer that gives us a slightly better idea of what the series will cover.
