Bixby Voice could branch out of South Korea and the United States a lot sooner than we expected. The folks over at SamMobile have spotted a teaser on Facebook that points towards the platform launching globally on Tuesday, August 22.
We have a feeling that Samsung decided on August 22 to tie in with the Galaxy Note 8’s unveiling a day later—so customers will be able to take advantage of Bixby Voice as soon as they take the handset out of the box.
That’s not to say the Galaxy Note 8 will be available on August 23, though. A recent report suggests that the firm will start accepting reservations on August 24, with a view to start shipping them in time for September 15—but who knows?
Nevertheless, I digress. It’s finally looking like Bixby Voice is going to be available on the Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8 Plus in Europe, and I can’t wait. It would, however, be foolish to rule out the possibility of the teaser being for something else.
