When I want to express an opinion that exceeds Twitter’s famous 140-character word limit, I’m left with no choice but to divide it into multiple tweets, which can take quite a lot of time. That’s why I’ve been actively searching for a tool that can do all the heavy lifting — and now I’ve found one.
It’s called Chirr (a bit of a strange moniker, I know) and it works by automatically splitting a large body of text into tweet-sized chunks. Once you’ve reviewed them and pressed Publish, they’re posted to Twitter as part of an expandable thread, so they don’t clog up your followers’ entire timeline.

If you aren’t pleased with the way Chirr sliced your content, you can take the reins and divide the paragraphs yourself, though I doubt you’ll need to seeing as the tool is capable of adding the required punctuation — without any assistance — when a sentence is stretched between multiple tweets.
Chirr is currently only available on the web, but don’t let that put you off. It’s actually extremely fluid. In fact, I’d go as far as to say it’s more enjoyable to use on an iPhone 7 Plus than it is on a MacBook Pro; shocking considering most browser clients are sluggish at the best of times.
