Being Denied Help At Passport Canada Offices For Being Disabled

I was immediately confused and concurrently annoyed. we didn’t transport with my Personal Care Attendant, and we had no one to assistance me. we have Cerebral Palsy, use a wheelchair, and can't write legibly. we attempted to explain this to a Clerk who simply proceeded to palm me a paper form, that is totally invalid and untouched to me as a infirm person. we took a form, and angrily left. we had to wait another 45 mins for my permitted float to return, go home, have my Personal Care Attendant fill out a forms on my behalf, and travel a forms to a post office. This ordeal, that could have been solved in 10 mins had a representative assisted me, took me roughly my whole day. Afterwards, we called Passport Canada and lodged both a phone censure and one around e-mail. we also proceeded to e-mail my Member of Parliament and any news opening we could consider of.
