England striker Toni Duggan has assimilated Barcelona from Women’s Super League outfit Manchester City Women.
The 25-year-old, who was partial of a Lionesses group that won bronze during a 2015 Women’s World Cup, becomes a initial English actor to join a Spanish side given Gary Lineker in 1986.

“For me, FC Barcelona is a biggest bar in a universe and we wanted to come here and be partial of it,” pronounced Duggan. “I have had a lot of success in England and I’m looking brazen to more. we consider we need another prize in my list and we know that Barça’s aspiration is to win a Champions League – this is my idea too.
“I am unequivocally looking brazen to a new season, it’s going to be a new plea for me though one that we will relish.”
The Liverpool-born striker is now scheming for a UEFA Women’s EURO with England. The Lionesses start their Netherlands 2017 debate opposite rivals Scotland in Utrecht on 19 July.
