10.5-inch iPad Pro set for April debut, says report

Apple’s fabled 10.5-inch iPad Pro won’t see the light of day in March after all. At least, that’s according to a new DigiTimes report, which claims the device will debut at an event in early April.

The report goes on to say Apple is expected to align the 10.5-inch model as a high-end device alongside its 12.9-inch iPad Pro, which is also expected to receive a refresh. The 9.7-inch iPad Pro, meanwhile, is also due for a refresh, DigiTimes claims.

According to previous reports, Apple’s brand new tablet will feature slimmer bezels and a virtual home button. DigiTimes’ report comes at a critical time, as references to unannounced iPads recently appeared “around Cupertino.”
