Funko at Toy Fair 2017 – It’s not just about the Pops

Speaking of Netflix, Stranger Things merchandise is on the way. This surprise hit last summer on the streaming service doesn’t appear to be going away anytime soon. With season 2 already being teased with new images, it feels like this quirky little show will be with us for some time to come.

Also from the land of the odd, Funko has picked up the rights to Twin Peaks just in time for the Showtime revival. There will be both Pops and action figures for this property, and, honestly, who isn’t going to want a Laura Palmer wrapped in plastic action figure on their desk? Normally during press tours I keep quiet about what I may buy someday, but when I saw the Laura figure… I may have squealed a bit… and then also said “She’s dead, Harry. Wrapped in plastic,” to my guide.

… Thankfully he laughed instead of staring at me as if I was insane.
