Nioh is a hit and selling out left and right, be sure to grab your copy quickly

Koei Tecmo has delivered the first dark horse hit of the year. We expected Nioh‘s sales figures to be solid thanks to an excellent marketing campaign that placed it in the same category as Dark Souls, but we didn’t expect so many gamers to actually bite.

Neither did Koei Tecmo, apparently, as it didn’t ship out enough physical copies. The game is selling out across the net, and you’ll have to move quickly if you want to secure a physical edition from the first wave.

Reports are coming in that Amazon has totally sold out, and it won’t be able to ship until the next 1 – 2 months. GAME, the UK’s largest video game retailer, cleared out its stock in certain areas of the country. Australians are reportedly not having that much luck, either.
