Apparent HTC 11 screenshot reveals Snapdragon 835 chip, 6GB of RAM

An alleged screenshot uploaded to Chinese micro-blogging network Weibo reveals the device will also offer the HTC Sense 9.0 interface based on Android 7.12 Nougat, 6GB of RAM, and 128GB of internal storage. It is also expected to have a display with a 1556 x 2550 resolution.

That would make the display close to Quad HD, which is 1440 x 2560. The fact that it’s not quite Quad HD could suggest that this screenshot is fake, or that the HTC 11 will have a unique aspect ratio — like the upcoming LG G6. Both are completely plausible.

However, we recommend taking this screenshot with a pinch of salt until the HTC 11 is official. It’s not difficult to fake “leaks” like this one, and although the rest of the specifications appear perfectly acceptable, this is far from official confirmation.

The HTC 10 make its debut last April, so if the HTC 11 does exist, we could be hearing about it within the next couple of months.
