Stranger Things star Millie Bobby Brown has welcomed her second child at 22 with husband Jake Bongiovi.
The actress shared a hint of a growing family as she shared a video on Instagram from a vacation in the Dolomites with the 24-year-old son of Jon Bon Jovi earlier this month.
In the clip Brown could be seen carrying their older baby daughter while Bongiovi had a baby carrier strapped to his chest as they strolled through the Italian Alps with alpacas.
Now, it has been confirmed that the couple have welcomed a second child via adoption according to People on Thursday.
The Daily Mail reached out to Brown’s representatives for comment and has yet to hear back.

In August 2025, the couple welcomed their first child, a baby girl, via adoption. They have kept her name and face private.
They made the announcement via Instagram post at the time as it read: ‘This summer, we welcomed our sweet baby girl through adoption.
‘We are beyond excited to embark on this beautiful next chapter of parenthood in both peace and privacy.
‘And then there were three. Love, Millie and Jake Bongiovi.’
Earlier this year, she opened up about her future motherhood plans as she revealed that adopting was a dream for her since she was a child.
During an appearance on Kylie Kelce’s Not Gonna Lie podcast back in June she said: ‘[I] always, always wanted to adopt.
‘It was always part of my childhood dreams. Every time I was at home and I was, you know, five, six years old, my parents were like, “You had your baby dolls. They were all adopted.” I never had any of them myself. And I never pretended I was pregnant.’
And she clarified that she intends to carry a biological child someday, adding, ‘It’s not because I don’t want that. Hopefully one day that’s in my future.’

The actress noted that her previous schooling informed her family planning as she shared, ‘I loved the aspect of adoption in my social work courses… so meaningful and important. And then I also learned about being a birth mother and what that journey is.’
Brown stated, ‘So for me, my husband and I took a lot of time to focus on what that story and what that journey looks like. And then we embarked [on] it.’
Brown and Bongiovi first started dating in 2021 and announced their engagement in April 2023.
The couple tied the knot in May 2024 in a lavish ceremony in Italy where they said ‘I do’ at Villa Cetinale in Tuscany.
Brown has always been open about plans to have a big family as she previously revealed ‘how important’ starting a family with Bongiovi was to her.
During a March 2025 appearance on the Smartless podcast, which is hosted by Jason Bateman, Sean Hayes, and Will Arnett, the actress said that although she knows she is ‘really young,’ she is looking forward to motherhood.
‘My mom actually had her first child at 21, and my dad was 19. And you know, it’s been my thing since before I met Jake,’ she explained.
‘Since I was a baby… I wanted to be a mom just like the way my mom was to me. And my nan, my grandmother is, she was a huge part of my life.

‘And so, yeah, I mean, Jake knows how important it is to me and, of course, I want to focus on really establishing myself as an actor and as a producer, but I also find it’s so important to start a family for me personally,’ Millie continued.
‘It’s a huge thing. Jake was like, we cannot do that until we get married. So that was his thing.’
Brown then added: ‘And my thing was, I really want a family. I really want a big family.
‘I’m one of four. He’s one of four. So, it is definitely in our future, but, for me, I don’t see having your own child, you know, as really any different [from] adopting.’

She went on to say: ‘My home is full of love for anyone and anything, and so that is what we kind of stand by, Jake and I, our energy in the house is “the door is always open”, and we want everyone to feel really comfortable.’
Her comments come just a few weeks after she opened up to Vanity Fair in February about her relationship with Bongiovi and how they’re ‘pretty united’ on major topics.
‘We talked about our political views, what kind of family we want to build, the kind of home we want to live in, the kind of relationship we’re looking for, the kind of careers we want,’ she told the publication.
‘It’s such an important decision, and we wanted to make sure we were making the right one. I knew I was. It always felt right with him.’
