Pete Davidson has finally parted ways with his Staten Island condo – at a jaw-dropping $400,000 loss – amid his breakup from baby mama Elsie Hewitt.
News broke on Thursday that the former SNL star and his model ex split just five months after welcoming daughter Scottie Rose.
The King of Staten Island star, 32, had snapped up the two-bedroom pad with sweeping Manhattan skyline views for $1.2 million back in December 2020.
He first tried to sell the property in 2022 for $1.3 million, but by February the condo’s price had been gradually slashed to a bargain $850,000, according to The Sun.
The home went into contract with a buyer in March and officially sold this week for $800,000, the outlet reported.
‘Pete is selling his properties to open up funds as they move forward and figure out their next steps,’ an insider told the outlet, hinting at the comedian’s potential child support payments to his ex.

The Daily Mail has reached out to Davidson and Hewitt’s representatives for comment.
Despite the split, both the actor and Hewitt are ‘working on things,’ a source told People in an article published on Friday.
‘They want one another to succeed and be happy. There have been points where they’ve split and have gotten back together.’
However, the insider added that it is not clear if the two stars will reunite or rekindle their romance in the future.
The former couple called it quits partially due to the SNL alum’s busy schedule.
‘Pete has been traveling so much for work, but Elsie was craving more support from him at home after their daughter was born,’ a source told The Sun. ‘It was very hard for him because, obviously, he has to work to make money.’
A separate insider added that the pair’s main priority is putting focus on their baby girl and ‘working out the best co-parenting solution.’
Davidson has been filtering through a busy schedule in recent weeks such as attending CinemaCon 2026 and Netflix’s The Roast Of Kevin Hart.

Weeks earlier, Davidson and Hewitt had been hit by claims that they were facing ‘issues’ in their relationship.
‘There are issues, but they’re trying to figure things out together,’ a source claimed to People.
Davidson and Hewitt are both ‘adjusting to parenthood’ while also ‘working through the process.’
The insider added that Davidson and Hewitt’s baby girl is their ‘top priority.’
The former SNL star has been open about parenthood after becoming a father shortly before Christmas.
‘Dad life is f***ing awesome. It is exhausting and rewarding and cute,’ he shared to People in March, before gushing about Hewitt.
‘And I’m very lucky because Elsie is a fantastic mom, and I can’t stress enough how lucky I am.’
The Bupkis actor also said that it is ‘very rewarding to see the person you chose to have a baby with actually crush it so naturally.’

He explained to the outlet that he feels very protective of his baby daughter.
‘It’s funny. It’s like I didn’t understand this. You’re just ready to fight anyone. It’s really funny,’ Davidson said, before later sharing that it is a ‘primal’ feeling.
‘That’s been surprising, the urge to beat the s*** out of someone. But other than that, it’s been just cute stuff.’
Late last year, it was announced that Davidson and Hewitt welcomed their first child together on December 12.
Hewitt took to Instagram to share the special news as well as uploading pictures of the newborn.
‘our perfect angel girl arrived 12/12/2025 scottie rose hewitt davidson ♥️,’ the media personality penned.
