As Justin Bieber showed off nearly all of himself during his 2026 Grammy Awards performance, eagle-eyed fans noticed he had a new tattoo — a tribute to his wife, Hailey Bieber, also on display.
Justin, 31, sang his hit single “Yukon” shirtless at the awards ceremony on Sunday, February 1, leaving little to the imagination. When he turned his back to the crowd a portrait of Hailey, 29, was visible on his back. The image was faint, but zoomed in, it’s clear the picture is the Rhode founder’s face from her left side.
The tattoo appears to be inspired by the model’s 2020 cover for Elle, which featured Hailey with wind-swept hair posing in the ocean, wearing a strapless bathing suit.
The cover story headline — “The Secret Life of Mrs. Bieber” — was focused on her relationship with the “Daises” singer.
Fans previously spotted ink dedicated to Hailey on Justin’s wrist in April 2025. At the time, a photo surfaced of Justin’s tattoo that read “H 22” and upon further investigation, some fans said it looked more like an “H” intertwined with a “J” as a nod to both Hailey and their son, Jack, 17 months.
Other fans noted that the “22” could be in tribute to Hailey’s birthday being on November 22, while Jack was born on August 22.
Hailey, meanwhile, unveiled a cursive “J” tattoo on her ring finger in October 2020 in honor of her marriage to Justin. The couple also have matching peach tattoos as a tribute to Justin’s single by the same name.
Sunday’s awards show marked Justin’s first appearance at the Grammys in four years. The “Baby” singer had wife Hailey, whom he wed in 2018, by his side throughout the night.
The couple walked the red carpet together and held hands as they posed for photos. Justin was nominated for four awards at the Grammys, including Album of the Year and Best Pop Vocal Album for Swag, Best Pop Solo Performance for “Daisies” and Best RB Performance for “Yukon.”
When Justin took the stage wearing just a pair of silver boxers and socks, Hailey had her eyes fixed on her husband from start to finish.
“What would I do (What would I do?) / If I didn’t love you, babe?” he sang, directing his lyrics at his wife. “What would I do if I didn’t lovе you, babe?”
Hailey was spotted in the audience beaming with pride and even gave Justin a little smirk as he performed. She was seen finger clapping as the cameras panned to her when the song concluded.
As the night went on, Hailey revealed via her Instagram Stories that the pair had an outfit change.

Hailey switched out her black red carpet gown for a flirty, backless short white frock and slim white high heels.
Justin, for his part, changed out of his black oversized suit jacket and slacks for jeans, which were low enough to show off his pink boxers, and a blue hoodie with no undershirt.
“That’s my baby,” Hailey captioned the social media upload, once again showing her spouse support.
