Why Jinger Duggar’s Husband Replaced Her ‘Bargain’ Wedding Band From Etsy
Jinger Duggar is, understandably, obsessed with her blinged-out wedding ring upgrade.
“Here’s the ring, it’s so pretty. The wedding band is so blingy, so many diamonds,” Duggar, 32, gushed in a Friday, January 16, video shared via her Instagram Stories, flashing the bauble to the camera. “It’s an infinity band and so it goes all the way around. I cannot believe how beautiful it is.”
She continued, “It has so much shine and sparkle to it. Jeremy [Vuolo] is so sweet, so he wanted to get me this for our 10-year wedding anniversary, which is this year.”
Vuolo, 38, surprised Duggar on Christmas in December 2025 with a new wedding band.
“When we were, like, first engaged, I told Jeremy, ‘Don’t spend a ton of money on a wedding band.’ So, mine came from Etsy, and I picked it out,” the Counting On alum recalled on Friday. “I was, like, ‘This is the one that would work.’ It had a couple tiny diamonds along the top and then underneath it was kind of hollow. Let me just say, it was a bargain. I did not want him to spend a lot of money.”
While Duggar faithfully wore her Etsy-purchased ring for most of their marriage, she took it off last year.
“I wore that for nine years, and then it started irritating my hand. I think it was legit,” she quipped. “It didn’t turn my finger green, but I think underneath, because it was hollow, it would get stuff stuck in there and then that would irritate my hand. So, I just stopped wearing the wedding band, and Jeremy really really really wanted to surprise me with a wedding band — so he did.”
Jinger, one of Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar’s 19 children, married Vuolo in 2016. The pair celebrated their ninth anniversary just one month before the minister’s jewelry surprise.
“From newlyweds to a family of five — still madly in love with this life with you,” Jinger wrote via Instagram in November 2025. “I love you, jj.”
After getting married, Jinger and Vuolo expanded their family and welcomed daughters Felicity, 7, and Evangeline, 5, as well as son Finn, who was born in March 2025. Jinger and Vuolo are raising their family in Los Angeles.

“Even though now I’m married and I have two beautiful girls … my life looks totally different than I thought it would,” Jinger exclusively told Us Weekly in January 2023. “My husband has been so supportive and also like, he’s told me, ‘If you have any passions, hobbies, anything you want to do, like, I wanna make that happen for you.’”
Jinger was raised in Arkansas, following her parents’ Institute of Basic Life Principles (IBLP) ultra-conservative religion. She began distancing herself from the strict guidelines amid her courtship with Vuolo in 2015.
“Jer came on the scene and I think my hesitation was mainly because of him being outside of my world, [which] can be a fearful thing when you’re in that culture,” she recalled to Us. “I had such confidence, though. I remember coming back [from our first date] and telling my mom, ‘I feel so safe with him. Like he is everything that I’ve ever wanted.’”
