North West Shows Off 106-Carat Skull Necklace From Her Mom Kim Kardashian
North West has some dazzling new bling going into 2026.
The 12-year-old showed off her spike skull necklace with bright blue jewels for eyes that she got from her mom, Kim Kardashian, for Christmas in a TikTok clip posted on Friday, January 2.
West was having fun with her friend while giving a closer look at one of the three custom items decked out in diamonds that was gifted to her by Kardashian, 45, over the holidays.
The reality star-turned-beauty mogul reached out to Alex Moss New York for the “one-of-a-kind” bling, and North also had a hand in creating the pieces, Moss told People.
North’s 106-carat spike necklace goes with her punk rock aesthetic and has her name engraved on the back. Moss said it was inspired by a previous design he made for Playboi Carti in 2018. Between the pendant and chain, the designer revealed that her new bling has 71.49 and 35.38 carats of natural diamonds, respectively.
Moss shared that North also got a spike bracelet which features Italian leather from Tuscany and is encrusted with 22.76 carats of natural VVS white diamonds. That item was inspired by another bracelet that North owns and a piece made for rapper Ken Carson in 2022.
The celebrity jeweler posted North’s necklace in all of its glory to his Instagram account and while some fans raved over the design, others felt it was too much for a 12-year-old.
Kardashian recently fired back at critics of her daughter’s style after North wore fake piercings and fake face tattoos on her social media.
“This is such a non-issue,” Kardashian said in response to naysayers on the joint TikTok account shared with her daughter on October 25.
Kardashian also discussed the topic while appearing on the October 15 episode of the “Call Her Daddy” podcast.
“She’s usually a girl that dresses like a tomboy most of the time,” Kardashian explained. “She wanted to try something that her friends were wearing and went to the same place that they went to and they all got these outfits, and then she wears them and it’s just like, ‘OK, wait, maybe you can’t wear that.’ And so as a mom, you’re kind of learning at the same time.”
Kardashian told host Alex Cooper that she encourages North’s interest in fashion. “I’m like, ‘Babe, if you want blue hair, it is what it is,’” she said. “It makes her so happy. I would never take that creative away from her.”

“She’ll be like, ‘Mom, I saw this and I don’t really care if someone says they don’t like my blue hair, or my this or that,’” Kardashian continued. “And she’s really confident and is like, ‘I probably wouldn’t be hanging out with those people.’”
In true Kardashian fashion, North previously gifted her mom some special bling in 2024. She surprised Kardashian with a custom engraving in honor of her 44th birthday because she “loves” Alexey Gerasimov’s YouTube series, Skibidi Toilet.
“North got me this diamond necklace that says Skibidi Toilet,” Kardashian said while laughing and zooming in on the charm. “Wow!”
