The Keeping Up With The Kardashians veteran had a birthday on Tuesday, April 18, which is also tax day in the US.
The reality TV star – who was at Coachella in Indio, California over the weekend – was wished a happy birthday by her famous family on social media.
Her mother Kris Jenner was the first to post a tribute at 6 am PST.
And rare flashback images were shared showing the eldest Kardashian child as a little girl.
The beauty is married to Travis Barker and shares three children – Mason, Penelope and Reign – with her ex partner, Scott Disick.

Mom Kris was typically gushy as she tried her best to bolster Kourtney on her big day.
‘Happy Birthday to my beautiful first born child @kourtneykardash!!!’ began the girlfriend of Corey Gamble.
Kris has five other children: Kim, Khloe, Rob, Kendall and Kylie.
‘It truly feels like yesterday that you were born,’ added Kris.
The momager then said she can’t believe how fast time has gone by. ‘I can remember every precious, incredible milestone, and how you came along that day and stole our hearts.’
She then said that Kourtney was ‘an incredible blessing’ to her and her husband at the time, lawyer Robert Kardashian, who died in 2003.
And Kris said that the POOSH founder ‘made all my dreams of becoming a mommy come true.’
She then thanked Kourtney for ‘being the most incredible and amazing daughter, mommy, auntie, sister, wife and friend… you are beautiful inside and out!’
