In The English, the A Quiet Place and Mary Poppins Returns star plays Lady Cornelia Locke who leaves England for America in search of revenge.
The wealthy socialite comes across Eli Whipp, a Pawnee ex-Army scout played by Chaske Spencer, and the two become united in a quest for justice.
The Western drama plays out over six episodes and drops on Amazon Prime Video on Friday.
