WASHINGTON – Tuesday’s hearing of the House select committee investigating the Jan. 6 attack by a pro-Trump mob on the Capitol is expected to spotlight the role domestic extremists’ played that day.
Committee member Rep. Stephanie Murphy, D- FL., said on NBC’s “Meet the Press” Sunday that “the focus of this hearing will be on the domestic violent extremists, as well as members of Congress, and people that the president called in to assist him in this pressure campaign.”
