- Malin pleaded no contest to charges of stalking the aesthetic dermatologist, 48, and was sentenced to two years of probation and three days in jail in June
- Back in September 2019, Dr. Will was granted a restraining order against Malin
- He was then granted an additional 10-year restraining order preventing Malin from coming near him, his family, or any of the 66 LaserAway clinics he owns
- This is not Malin’s only run-in with the law as Us Weekly reported in November that he was arrested for driving under the influence in Las Vegas in August 2020
Big Brother season seven winner Mike ‘Boogie’ Malin was ordered by a judge to pay more than $20,000 dollars to his former costar Dr. Will Kirby.
Malin, who also appeared on Big Brother seasons two and 14, is on the hook for $23,219, but he’ll also owe 10 percent interest on the sum, TMZ reported on Friday.
The ruling comes a month after the reality star pleaded no contest to stalking charges against Dr. Will and was sentenced to two years of probation, plus three days in the Los Angeles County Jail.

Malin was originally arrested in August 2019 for stalking, according to court documents obtained by Us Weekly.
He initially pleaded not guilty after being charged with stalking Dr. Will, who is an aesthetic dermatologist.

Us Weekly reported that the court documents stated that Malin had withdrawn his original plea and changed it to ‘nolo contendere,’ meaning no contest, which waives his right to a trial.

In addition Malin must pay $70 in fees and serve 30 days in a residential treatment program which has been selected for him.
The former reality star was also ordered to pay $300 restitution to court, ‘effective upon the revocation of probation’ and to cooperate with his probation officer for ‘mandatory supervision.’
The reality star is required to ‘maintain residence as approved by the probation officer’ and ‘keep [the] probation officer advised of [his] residence and work and home telephone numbers at all times.’
The weekly also reports that Malin must also complete 160 hours of community service per the plea agreement in addition to submitting DNA for a database.

The documents obtained by Us Weekly also stated that Malin was ‘instructed by the court’ to be ‘prohibited from owning, purchasing, receiving, possessing or having, under his/her custody or control, any firearms, ammunition and ammunition feeding devices.’
He was also ‘ordered to relinquish all firearms’ if any were already in his position.

According to TMZ, Malin began sending threats to Kirby and his family after the celebrity doctor turned down an offer for the two to appear on a reality series as a duo, effectively scuttling Malin’s chance to appear on it.

The two have a two-decade history together as they starred on the second season of Big Brother together in 2001 and even had an alliance called Chilltown with fellow housemate Krista Stegall which helped Dr. Will win the season.
This is not Malin’s only recent run-in with the law as Us Weekly reported in November that he was arrested for driving under the influence in Las Vegas in August 2020.
According to the arrest report from the publication, Malin was pulled over after law enforcement was alerted that a swerving vehicle had hit a curb and nearly hit their car.
The restaurateur failed a sobriety test administered by police at the scene and was charged with possession of a drug without a prescription, having an open alcohol container and unlawfully texting before being released on his own recognizance according to the report.
Back in 2011, Malin was sued for embezzlement and later ordered to pay $800,000.
