Blue Kela is charged with hidden 6 ukuleles from a downtown Hilo store after violation into a building on Jul 31. Police also lay he stole dual Jeep Cherokees belonging to Hawaii County in August.
On Wednesday, a state Department of Agriculture reported a white Dodge Dakota pickup lorry was stolen, with a burglar ramming a chain-link blockade to expostulate divided with a vehicle.
Police contend Kela was after seen with a truck, that had a state logos private from a front doors. A successive review suggested he was allegedly obliged for a ukuleles and county car thefts.
He’s charged with theft, thievery and other crimes.
