Minimum-wage workers in Los Angeles, a nation’s second-largest city, are removing a compensate raise.
In a 13-1 opinion on Wednesday, Los Angeles County lawmakers authorized an bidding that would lift a stream smallest salary from $9 an hour to $15 an hour by 2020. The opinion creates LA a largest American city to lift a smallest salary to $15 an hour.
