A judge has ruled in Chad Johnson’s favor in his sexual harassment lawsuit against Sunset Studios Entertainment LLC and Cristina Cimino.
Judge Mel Red Recana agreed that The Bachelorette star, 32, ‘had proven multiple causes of action’ against the defendants, according to Deadline.
Johnson says he was promised movie roles by Sunset Studios executive Cimino, but when he refused her sexual advances she retracted the offers.

The Los Angeles Superior Court judge granted Johnson’s affirmative motion for summary adjudication on his causes of action for sexual harassment, failure to prevent harassment, fraud by intentional misrepresentation and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
The ruling means those causes of action have been deemed proven by the court.
‘No attorneys for Cimino or the studio participated in the hearing,’ Deadline reported.
The reality TV star celebrated his legal victory in a jubilant Instagram Story on Wednesday.

‘Just found out I won my first lawsuit,’ began Chad. ‘Stay tuned as there’s about 50 more coming this year.’
‘See you in hell,’ he added.

Chad says he wanted to keep things professional and made it clear to Cimino that he wasn’t interested in a sexual relationship.
Johnson says Cimino initially obliged and offered him two movie roles for $11 million.
The Bachelor In Paradise hunk accused Cimino of concocting the scheme to ‘exert control over’ him and says that once he insisted he didn’t want a romantic relationship with the producer she pulled the movie roles.

The Oklahoma-born star says she later claimed that the text was not meant for him.
Johnson rose to fame on JoJo Fletcher’s season of The Bachelorette in 2016 falling out with all of the guys and threatening violence.
He was booted off the show in week four.
He then entered Bachelor In Paradise that summer but was kicked off for drunk, offensive and aggressive behavior on the second day.
