Tristan Thompson was completely open with ex-girlfriend Khloe Kardashian when he was asked to take a paternity test earlier this year.
The Cleveland Cavaliers player reportedly told Khloe ‘immediately’ when the woman, named Kimberly Alexander, claimed he’s the father of her child and requested he take a paternity test in January.
‘Tristan has been open with Khloe from the beginning when it comes to the paternity test,’ a source told People.

‘He told her that he needed to take the test, but also that he didn’t believe that he is the dad.’
The insider goes on to say that the drama has not affected their amicable co-parenting relationship.
The former couple raise their daughter True, two, together. Tristan, 29, also has son Prince, three, with ex Jordan Craig.

Alexander has demanded a second paternity test after the first one came back negative and has been speaking out on social media accusing Tristan of lying about their relationship.
A TMZ report on Friday claims Tristan did have a one-night stand with Alexander but it was around 2011/2012 and therefore he cannot be the father of her four-year-old.

Alexander immediately spoke out to contradict the claims, saying she hadn’t met Tristan in 2012.
Tristan and Khloe’s cease and desist letter, obtained by E! News, goes on to say, ‘It is obvious that the reason you are spreading these lies about my clients is because you want your 15 minutes of fame. My clients will not tolerate your despicable conduct.’
‘It has been proven that Mr. Thompson is not the father of your child and we demand that you stop claiming that he is, and that he and Ms. Kardashian somehow falsified the paternity test results,
‘It is defamatory per se to falsely assert that someone is a deadbeat dad who allegedly does not support his children, and to falsely accuse my clients of faking paternity test results.’
