Via Rail cancels Montreal-Toronto, Toronto-Ottawa use until finish of Thursday over blockade

Via Rail says it is cancelling all sight use on a Montreal-Toronto and Toronto-Ottawa routes until a finish of Thursday due to an anti-pipeline besiege circuitously Belleville, Ont.
