Ohio’s tip Democrat backs Ted Strickland for Senate

WASHINGTON—Ohio’s tip Democrat, Sen. Sherrod Brown, threw his support behind Ted Strickland Sunday, endorsing a former administrator over P.G. Sittenfeld in a 2016 Senate campaign.
