No Murder Charge For 15-Year-Old Girl In Brother’s Slaying

LAKE CITY, Fla. (AP) — A 15-year-old north Florida lady who authorities contend fatally shot her 16-year-old hermit after years of abuse has pleaded no competition to transgression thievery and will accept probation.

Third Circuit State Attorney Jeff Siegmeister pronounced Thursday that a lady will not face a murder charge. The lady and her 11-year-old sister were arrested on guess of murder after a Jan. 5 shooting. No charges were filed opposite a younger sister.
