15-year-old with cancer testifies weeks before failing opposite drug play who gave her meth for sex

In her sentencing submissions, prosecutor Lana Morelli pronounced “there are no mitigating circumstances.”

“This is an exploitive attribute between a drug play and a child.”

‘She’d already kick a thing that was ostensible to kill her’

Morelli pronounced in an talk that a immature lady initial met Paproski on Facebook in February 2018, when she was 14. She was sport for drugs.
