Officers in Tampa, Florida, have detected a dog who was shot twice and tied to tyrannise marks — and now she needs a public’s help.
Police responded to reports of 3 shots dismissed during about 5:23 p.m. on Wednesday, and detected a pup, named Cabela, according to WTSP. The 1- to 2-year-old churned multiply had been shot in a neck and shoulder, and was tied to a marks with a belt
Cabela was liberated and taken to a Tampa Bay Veterinary Emergency Center
