Jeremy Percival Bryant, Accused Public Masturbator, Tells Cops He Has ‘A Problem’

A male indicted of publicly masturbating in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, allegedly told officers he has “a problem with adhering his hands in his pants.”

Jeremy Percival Bryant, 23, was arrested Saturday afternoon after employees during a Walmart store called military after saying him allegedly walking between store aisles while rubbing his penis,

Witnesses told military that when people walked toward Bryant, he would cover adult and travel divided until they went away.

Another store worker pronounced she “peeked by a jeans shelf and beheld him pull out his penis and start to cadence it,”

The responding officer wrote in his detain news that when he initial approached Bryant, a think placed his coupler “over a front of his pants” and attempted to travel away.

Bryant was arrested and charged with faulty exposure. That’s when he allegedly certified carrying a problem gripping his hands out of his pants.

There might be some piece to that claim. In July, 2013, Bryant was charged with faulty exposure, attack and battery and facing arrest, after he allegedly began touching himself in front of a woman
