

CHESTER, Ill. (AP) — The former suburban Chicago military officer convicted of murdering his third mother and suspected in his fourth spouse’s disappearance is returning to justice on charges of perplexing to sinecure someone to kill a prosecutor who helped put him in state prison.
Drew Peterson was charged in Feb with soliciting an unclear chairman to find someone he could compensate to kill Will County State’s Attorney James Glasgow.
The 61-year-old former Bolingbrook military sergeant has been in jail given being convicted in 2012 in Kathleen Savio’s bathtub drowning genocide 8 years earlier. His fourth mother left in 2007.
The murder-for-hire charges were filed in Randolph County, where Peterson is an invalid during a Menard Correctional Center. Peterson will seem in justice Tuesday.
