NORWALK, Calif. (AP) — Authorities contend they trust they’ve found a celebration train that dragged a male some-more than 200 feet in a weekend hit-and-run in a Los Angeles suburb.
Witnesses described a train as carrying flashing lights and grating music, and City News Service says it was located Monday.

Twenty-six-year-old Efren Virgen was struck and critically harmed around 2:30 a.m. Saturday as he walked home from a bar in Norwalk. It’s misleading either he was in a crosswalk.
