According to Engadget’s sleuthing, the Pixel 3 XL will feature a Snapdragon 845 chip, 4GB of RAM, 6.3-inch OLED display (2960×1440), a 3,732mAh battery, Android 9.0, and a 12.2-megapixel camera—yes, Google is again relying on a single shooter, unlike the majority of the market.
Google did, however, include two front-facing cameras, allowing users to get both wide and normal selfies.
Similar to last year, the Pixel 3 XL will feature Active Edge, which allows users to perform certain actions by squeezing the device. It’s unclear, however, if Google is introducing any new functionality to the feature beyond being able to summon Google Assistant and mute calls.
Engadget says that inside the box Pixel 3 XL owners will get a plethora of accessories: USB-C earphones, USB-C-to-3.5mm dongle, USB-C-to-USB-C cable, USB-C-to-USB-A dongle, and an 18W USB-C power adapter. That’s a lot of goodies in a single box.
