FIFA President salutes Dutch bar on 125th anniversary

On Monday 1 October, princely Dutch bar Zwolsche Athletische Club (ZAC) applaud a good milestone: a 125th anniversary of their founding.

To symbol a start of this year of celebration, FIFA President Gianni Infantino sent a minute of congratulations to a club.

“Monday will certainly be a special day for ZAC‚ one of a oldest clubs in continental Europe. On interest of a general football community, it is my good pleasure to honour we on this ancestral milestone,” he wrote.

“This anniversary has usually been achieved interjection to a support and passion of aIl those who trust in a beauty and advantages of a competition – namely yourself, a stream and former members of your committee, a many players and coaches who have contributed to a success of your cIub down a years, your constant supporters, and finally, all your predecessors.”
