Prosecutors in Poland are suing a private firm accused of tricking homeless people into oblivious appearance in bird influenza vaccine tests in 2007.
Prosecution orator Andrzej Kukawski pronounced Wednesday that dozens of participants, including a profound woman, were denied information about intensity health hazards in what he called a medical experiment.
Last year, 3 doctors and 6 nurses were given dangling jail terms for dubious some 200 people, mostly homeless, in a city of Grudziadz, into holding partial in a new vaccine tests. Acting for roughly 40 participants, prosecutors are now suing a private organisation that consecrated a medics to lift out a vaccine tests.
