Vote for tied delegate race in Virginia postponed
It’s been 50 days since Virginia voters cast their ballots for the state’s legislative race. Democrat candidate Shelly Simonds and Republican David Yancey are still tied. As WUSA9 explains, this isn’t the first time something like this has happened.
