Encana reports 3rd entertain distinction and income down from year ago
Encana Corp. says it warranted a third-quarter distinction of US$294 million, down from US$317 million a year ago, as income fell.
The Calgary-based appetite company, that keeps a books in U.S. dollars, says a distinction amounted to 30 cents per share for a entertain finished Sept. 30, down from 37 cents per share final year.
Revenue totalled $861 million compared with $979 million a year ago.
Meanwhile, handling gain amounted to $24 million for a quarter, down from $32 million in a same entertain final year..
Third-quarter prolongation amounted to 284,000 barrels of oil homogeneous per day, down from 338,000 in a third entertain final year.
The dump came as healthy gas prolongation fell 29 per cent, though liquids production, that includes high-value oil and condensate, grew 9 per cent.
