Xbox One gets a $50 holiday price cut at the Microsoft Store

Get your wallets ready – Microsoft announced their Black Friday plans fopr the Microsoft Store this week, including discounts on the Xbox One S itself as well as a bunch of games.

If you’re wanting to go big and get a 1TB Xbox One or Xbox One S, Microsoft is putting those on sale from November 20 to 23. Starting on November 24, though, any and all Xbox One S or Xbox One bundle can be picked up for that same discount. Both will be $50 cheaper.

Also starting in the 24th, Gears of War 4 and the Gears of War Xbox 360 Collection are $25 off, while ReCore is $20 off. You can also pick up a 3-mouth or 6-month Xbox Live subscription for $10 off.

Starting on November 22 (November 18 for Xbox Live Gold members) up through November 28, the Xbox Store’s Black Friday games sale is starting. Microsoft hasn’t yet published the list of games, but cites just about every platform-exclusive title in their library as being up for discount, including Forza Horizon 3Quantum Break, and Ori and the Blind Forest.

Sony, on the other hand, has yet to announce any formal discounts for their systems. It’s unlikely the new PlayStation 4 Pro will see a discount so soon after release, and the slim PlayStation 4 is only a couple months older than that, but hey, we’d love to see it happen, Sony.
