Justice Minister Jody Wilson-Raybould and former Conservative prime minister Kim Campbell are appearing before the Justice committee which is reviewing the appointment of Malcolm Rowe to the Supreme Court of Canada.

Campbell, a former minister of justice, was the head of a selection panel that drew up a short list of possible candidates to be appointed to the Supreme Court for Prime Minister Justin Trudeau to choose from.

Wilson-Raybould, who serves as Canada’s attorney general, and the prime minister announced a new selection process for Supreme Court justices earlier this year.
